How do I book an airport transfer?

You can book your Uganda airport transfer by sending a WhatsApp message to +256 781 371 034, emailing muganzisafaris@gmail.com, or completing the booking form on our website. Please share your flight number, arrival date and time, number of passengers, and destination. We confirm all bookings within 12 hours.

How early should I book?

We recommend booking your Entebbe airport transfer at least 24 hours before your arrival. For travel during peak safari seasons — June to September and December to February — we advise booking 1 to 2 weeks in advance to guarantee vehicle availability.

What if my flight is delayed?

Our drivers monitor all incoming flights in real time using flight tracking software. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait at the arrivals hall at no extra cost. For longer delays, our team will remain in contact with you to adjust timing accordingly.

Can I go directly from Entebbe to Bwindi?

Yes. Direct airport to Bwindi transfers are available and very popular with gorilla trekking clients who wish to maximise their time in Uganda without an overnight stop in Kampala. The journey takes approximately 8 to 9 hours by road. We also offer combined transfers with an en-route stop at Igongo Cultural Centre or Lake Mburo for a break.
