10 Days Uganda Safari: Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport – Transfer to Kampala
Upon arrival, our professional driver-guide will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in Kampala. He will brief you about Uganda, your safari activities, and answer any questions you may have. Enjoy dinner and rest in preparation for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Drive to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
After breakfast, drive northwards through the famous Luweero Triangle and continue to Masindi via the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino trekking. After lunch, proceed to Murchison Falls and check into your lodge.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive & Afternoon Boat Cruise
Start the day with a morning game drive on the northern banks of the Nile where you may spot lions, elephants, giraffes, hyenas, buffaloes, Jackson’s hartebeest, and several bird species.
Return for lunch, then embark on an afternoon boat cruise to the base of the spectacular falls. Expect to see hippos, crocodiles, and wildlife drawn to the riverbanks.
Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 4: Transfer to Kibale National Park
Enjoy breakfast and begin your journey to Kibale Forest, passing through local villages, farms, and the scenic Albertine Rift. Upon arrival, check into your lodge and relax.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Trekking & Bigodi Wetland Walk
After breakfast, report to the park headquarters for a briefing and enter the forest in search of chimpanzees. Spend an hour observing their behavior once found.
Return for lunch, then head to Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary—famous for primates and more than 200 bird species. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, drive south to Queen Elizabeth National Park through the beautiful crater lakes region. Enjoy stunning views of the Rwenzori Mountains and rolling hills. Check into your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Morning Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise
Take an early morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains. Look out for lions, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, antelopes, and various bird species.
After lunch, enjoy an incredible boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, famous for one of the highest concentrations of hippos in Africa. Watch elephants, buffaloes, crocodiles, and water birds along the shoreline.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 8: Drive to Bwindi via Ishasha – Home of Tree-Climbing Lions
After breakfast, drive south through the Ishasha sector, known for its rare tree-climbing lions. Continue to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home of the endangered mountain gorillas. Check into your lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 9: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing. With your packed lunch and enough drinking water, enter the forest for a life-changing gorilla trek. Once you locate the gorilla family, you will spend one unforgettable hour observing them.
Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 10: Return to Kampala / Entebbe – Departure
After breakfast, begin your journey back to Kampala with a stopover in Mbarara for lunch and another stop at the Uganda Equator for photos and souvenirs.
Your guide will drop you off at your hotel or at Entebbe International Airport for your flight.
