We journey west through vibrant countryside and rolling hills to Kibale Forest National Park, renowned as Africa’s primate capital. Enjoy lunch in Fort Portal before continuing to your lodge nestled near serene crater lakes. Settle in and listen to the sounds of the jungle, anticipating tomorrow’s primate encounters.
Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth
After breakfast, venture into Kibale Forest for your chimpanzee tracking experience. Follow expert guides through dense rainforest to observe these fascinating primates in their natural habitat. Watch them feed, play, and swing through the canopy – an unforgettable encounter.
After lunch, journey south to Queen Elizabeth National Park, with stunning views of the Rwenzori Mountains and picturesque crater lakes along the way.
