Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Entebbe & Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport (EBB), your Muganzi Safaris guide will meet you. Enjoy a scenic drive to Bwindi (approx. 8-9 hours). Check-in to your luxury lodge. In the evening, immerse yourself in local culture with a visit to the Batwa community for traditional performances and stories.

Day 2 The Ultimate Encounter: Mountain Gorilla Trekking

Day 3 Journey to Fort Portal & Crater Lake Exploration

Day 4 Chimpanzee Tracking Briefing & Bigodi Wetland Walk
A short drive takes you to Kibale National Park. Check into your luxury lodge and prepare for tomorrow’s trek. In the afternoon, you will participate in the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary Walk. This community project offers excellent birdwatching, a chance to spot up to seven other primate species, and a look into the local community’s conservation efforts.

Day 5Â Chimpanzee Tracking, Equator Stop, & Departure
After an early breakfast, head to Kibale for the Chimpanzee Tracking briefing. Spend the morning deep in the forest, observing these incredibly energetic and intelligent primates. After the trek, begin your transfer back to Entebbe. A memorable stop at the Uganda Equator Line for photos and souvenir shopping is included before heading to Entebbe International Airport for your scheduled departure flight.
