Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Your safari begins with a scenic drive to Murchison Falls National Park. On the way, stop for lunch at a selected restaurant. Then, continue via Kichumbanyobo Gate. Upon arrival, visit the top of the spectacular Murchison Falls. Here, the Nile plunges 40 meters, creating a breathtaking scene. Later, check into your lodge to relax and prepare for the next day.
Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise
Start with an early breakfast. Then, take a ferry crossing to the northern part of the park. Here, enjoy a game drive spotting elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, and kobs. Many colorful birds can also be seen. The scenery is stunning and full of wildlife. In the afternoon, go on a boat cruise along the Victoria Nile. This trip takes you to the base of the falls. You’ll see hippos, crocodiles, and many birds along the riverbanks. The view of the falls from below is unforgettable.
Day 3: Transfer Back to Kampala via Budongo Forest
After breakfast, start your drive back to Kampala. You will pass through Budongo Forest, home to chimpanzees and many birds. This is a great chance to see these primates in their natural habitat. Finally, arrive in Kampala in the afternoon. Your amazing wildlife safari ends here.
