Day 1: Arrival & Kampala City Tour

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, meet your Muganzi Safaris representative and transfer to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, explore Kampala’s top attractions such as the Bahai Temple, Uganda Martyrs Shrine in Namugongo, the Uganda Museum, and the craft village.

Day 2: Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park

 

After breakfast, drive north to Murchison Falls National Park via Masindi. Enter through Kichumbanyobo Gate and visit the Top of the Falls, where the Nile forces its way through a narrow gorge before plunging 40 meters.

Day 3: Game Drive & Nile Boat Cruise

Begin with an early morning game drive across the park’s savannah plains. Expect sightings of giraffes, elephants, lions, and Uganda kobs. In the afternoon, take a scenic boat cruise on the Nile to the base of Murchison Falls, watching hippos, crocodiles, and water birds.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale National Park

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Kibale Forest National Park, known for its high concentration of primates. Lunch is served en route before checking in at your lodge.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Trekking & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP

Head to Kibale Forest for your chimpanzee trekking experience — home to 13 primate species. After tracking, enjoy lunch and visit the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary before proceeding to Queen Elizabeth National Park for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Cruise

Day 7: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Day 8: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi

Day 9: Transfer to Lake Mburo – Boat Ride
